Had mentor smooth moderate profile plus gel 600cc implants placed in April of 2005 and came into the office due to concerns about increased ptosis and involution of her breasts lower poles. Also seeked improvement for lax skin in her upper abdomen following recent liposuction and residual fat in her lower back. Underwent a breast implant removal and downsized to 400cc. Had liposuction on back and fat grafting.

]]> This 34 year old mother of 3 desired a breast lift and fat grafting for fullness of her breasts.  She was 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 130 pounds.  She preferred the fat transfer to implants.  In her preoperative photos, you can see that her nipples were abnormally positioned and she had a great deal of droop or breast ptosis. Her postoperative photos show her 6 months after a SPAIR mastopexy which is a short scar breast lift.  You will not see any scars under the breast.  At the same time, she had fat grafted from her abdomen to her breasts with 50cc placed in the left side and 150cc placed in the right.  She is now more symmetrical and lifted with minimal scarring and no implants.

]]> 34 year old mother of 1.  She underwent an Incision-less Breast Lift using the BodyTite technology and Breast Augmentation with Sientra Opus Round Smooth 440cc High Profile implants.  Preop bra size was a 36C that increased to a 38DD after surgery.  

Note the rise in her nipple height without any incisions on the breast.  A full mastopexy would have been able to raise the nipples more, but that would involve incisions on the front of the breast.

The first stage involved a mastopexy through a “lollipop” type incision.  

Six months later she had a sub muscular augmentation with Structured Saline 370cc Ideal Implants.  The right implant was filled to 400cc and the left implant to 390cc.

Her preop bra size was a 34B and now she wears either a 34C or D.  Postop photos are 2 years after surgery and show a natural and pleasing shape with minimal scarring.
