]]> This is a 49 year old very active lady from the Hill Country area.  She was  worried about extra skin of her eyelids. She had lost some weight with diet and exercise and wanted to have skin removed from her abdomen as well.  So, at the same time that she underwent a mini Tummy Tuck, she underwent removal of the extra skin from all 4 eyelids.  Note she does not have a lot of fat or “bags” under her eyes merely skin.  Her scars are minimally noticeable.

She chose Dr. Koneru based on his reputation in the medical community as well as her personal feeling when she met him.  She had upper eyelid blepharoplasty at the same time she underwent a Mommy Makeover (Tummy Tuck and Silicone Implant Augmentation).  Here we see her before and after photos from her eye surgery.  Notice the natural appearance of her result.  She does not have a “surprised look”, nor can you see her scars.
