This 49 year old lady from the Hill Country had extra skin of the tummy after weight loss and increased exercise. She had become such a fitness fanatic that she is now a Trainer. With the weight loss she also had lost some of the volume of her cheeks. So at the time of mini-abdominoplasty, the liposuctioned fat was grafted to her cheeks. This is a common procedure combination and is better than fillers for a natural appearing facial rejuvenation. Her Tummy Tuck scar is about the length of a C section or Hysterectomy scar and is imperceptible in her postop photos.

This 36 year old lady from San Antonio lost approximately 40 pounds following Lap Band Surgery. Despite the weight loss, she was still bothered by large breasts that were droopy. Her Internist referred her to Dr. Koneru for consideration for Breast Reduction Surgery. Her insurance company did approve Breast Reduction surgery and at the same time she chose to undergo a Tummy Tuck.

The Breast Reduction was performed via the SPAIR technique and 276 gm were removed from each breast. 2394 gm were removed with the Tummy Tuck which is approximately 5.3 pounds. She has done quite well and has a nice hourglass shape following the surgery.

This 37 year old lady from San Antonio was interested in improving her abdominal contour. She did not like her large love handles or her extra abdominal tissue. Dr. Koneru performed a Full Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck). In addition, he performed liposuction of her love handles and flanks removing 2,250 cc of fat. You can see in her postoperative photos she has a nice hour glass shape.

This 37 year mother of 4 from the North Austin area travelled to San Antonio for a Mommy Makeover. She chose to have Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck. Because of her slight droop, the implants were placed in front of the muscle to help give some lift. She chose 550cc High Profile Silicone implants. Her bra size went from a B cup to a D cup. You will notice on some of the photos a fresh incision on her sides. This is where small “dogears” were removed in the office. On approximately 10% of Tummy Tucks we need to make this small adjustment in the office.

This 30 year old mother of 2 made the long trip from Laredo to San Antonio because of Dr. Koneru’s reputation. She wanted to have what we typically refer to as a Mommy Makeover – Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck. With her 2 pregnancies her tummy skin had become very stretched and her breast size had decreased. You can see in her preop photos on the left that she has lost fullness in her upper breasts. In addition to the placement of 325 cc smooth silicone implants, she underwent a nipple reduction. Her cup size increased from a AA to a C.
