This 54 year old mother of 2 from San Antonio felt her breasts were sagging with age and after the births of her children.  She wanted to “lift” her breasts without the appearance of scars on the front of her breasts so she chose to have breast implants placed above the muscle.  Dr. Koneru placed 400 cc High Profile Cohesive Gel Silicone Implants behind the breast tissue to maximize the lift effect.  This volume increased her cup size from a C to a D.
