Breast Augmentation Case #4620

This 30 year old Laboratory Technician from San Antonio wanted to improve her 34B bra size prior to her wedding.  Since she was in the medical field, she was familiar with several surgeons in San Antonio.  She spent a great deal of time researching Plastic Surgeons and chose Dr. Koneru because of his vast experience with the Gummy Bear Implants.  He placed 315 cc textured Gen 5.0 silicone implants behind the muscle.  Her bra size increased to a 34C.  Also note she has lost approximately 10 pounds in the after photo.
