Breast Augmentation Case #5280

This 39 year old lady from San Antonio was very unhappy with the appearance of her breasts.  She felt they were too small and appeared very “deflated”.  She desired a natural appearing augmentation and chose to have contoured Saline Implants.  At the time, Contoured Silicone Implants were only available for reconstructive purposes.  Dr. Koneru placed 495cc shaped saline implants in a Dual Plane fashion.  The right side was filled to 500cc and since the left side was slightly smaller, it was filled to 520cc.  Some argue that shaped saline implants do not retain their tear drop shape once implanted.
