Breast Augmentation Case #5720

This 41 year old mother of 2 from San Antonio desired larger breasts.  She noticed her breast changed after she became a runner.  Her 2 breasts were uneven preoperatively and needed different approaches.  She chose her implant size after reviewing her 3D imaging.  On the right side, Dr. Koneru was able to place the 350 cc High Profile Silicone Implant behind the muscle.  But, on the left side, he used a dual plane approach placing the implant behind the muscle and releasing the breast tissue from the top of the muscle.
