This is a 48 year old Nurse from San Antonio who was unhappy with the extra skin of her upper eyelids. She chose Dr. Koneru based on his reputation in the medical community as well as her personal feeling when she met him.  She had upper eyelid blepharoplasty at the same time she underwent a Mommy Makeover (Tummy Tuck and Silicone Implant Augmentation).  Here we see her before and after photos from her eye surgery.  Notice the natural appearance of her result.  She does not have a “surprised look”, nor can you see her scars.
