Breast Augmentation Case #4510

This 29 year old woman from the Eagle Ford Shale area wanted fuller and lifted breasts.  She chose Dr. Koneru because he is one of the few Board Certified Plastic Surgeons with experience performing Labiaplasty.  She underwent both Breast Augmentation and Labiaplasty at the same time.  Because of her significant droop, her 550 cc smooth ultra high profile silicone implants were placed in a Dual Plane fashion.  In this procedure, the implant is behind the muscle, but the breast tissue is released from the surface of the muscle so that the tissue is lifted more.
